Local artist, Ivy Egger will teach students the art of mixed media mosaic, utilizing pieces of cut glass, beads, mica, glitter and whatever else adds a sparkle to this art form! By the end of the class, students will create a mosaic of their own to take home. Students will learn how to lay out and assemble a mosaic and cut glass using wheeled nippers. Students will be provided with glass, beads, glass cutter tools, safety glasses, and adhesive to create a unique and sparkly piece of art suitable for framing!
For safety reasons, please wear close toed shoes and tie back long hair.
